Welcome To Bronte Creek

Founded in 1834, Bronte was established as a small fishing village at the mouth of Twelve Mile Creek. In fact, the building at 49 Bronte Road was built around 1840, and showcases the stones pulled from Lake Ontario by the stonehooking method used by workers in the area. Bronte’s first harbour was completed in 1856.

Recently, many buyers in Bronte are opting to knock down older homes and build new ones. The spacious lots allow for a larger home while still having room for a decent sized yard.

What People are Saying

“The team was able to quickly hone in on the kinds of properties we were interested in

I would recommend Jamie and his team to anyone looking to buy. They are intimately familiar with the market (Oakville for me) and can give you a great understanding of what’s to come and the approach to take.

“They sent us emails even before the houses were on the market and provided us valuable advice

He helped us find a new house to move in in a short time most of the time sending us the emails even before the houses were on the market and providing us valuable advice. He helped us navigate a very difficult house sale, always being close to us so I consider him not only our agent but our friend.

We had very particular asks and they were able to accommodate our desires and focus our search

They came to the table with location, community, layout and renovation recommendations which proved to be invaluable. On top of everything else, they guided us through the entire process with a smile. Besides their sharp professionalism and attention to detail, they brought personality, humor and levity to every single day.

“They made us a priority”

As first-time home buyers, it was important that we worked with someone who was knowledgeable and who was willing to take the time to walk us through the process. The Jamie Vieira & Associates team made us feel like we were a priority and took the time to listen to our needs.
