Bronte is known for it’s waterfront lifestyle. With it’s own downtown area complete with shops, cafes, and restaurants, Bronte offers a unique small town feel in one of Oakville’s oldest areas.

Bronte Creek


Bronte Creek is a newer development in the north west corner of Oakville that is located adjacent to Bronte Creek Provincial Park and very close to the new Oakville Hospital.

College Park


College Park in Oakville is located centrally, making it a convenient choice for residents looking to enjoy all Oakville has to offer. Quick access to the QEW and Go Train.



The neighbourhood of Clearview, otherwise known as Sherwood Heights in Oakville is on the eastern border of Oakville, north of the QEW, south of Upper Middle Road and east of Ford Drive. Built in the 1980’s and early 1990’s, Clearview is a great little area for families to enjoy.



Falgarwood is a fantastic area full of reasonably prices homes in the Oakville area. Because it was developed relatively early, the homes tend to be a little older. That said, with it comes great value in a mature neighbourhood. An abundance of parks, trails, and trees lend to many homes in Falgarwood having extremely private yards on greenspace.

Ford Drive


The neighbourhood of Ford Drive in Oakville makes up part of the sought after southeast Oakville real estate market. Bordered by Maple Grove Drive to the west, Cornwall Road to the north, Winston Churchill to the east and south to the lake, there are only detached homes to choose from in this area.

Glen Abbey

Wedgewood Creek


 Wedgewood Creek is a very conveniently located neighbourhood with all amenities within a short distance. A more affordable area than areas south of the QEW, Wedgewood Creek represents a great option for those looking for convenience along Trafalgar Road.

West Oakville


West Oakville offers residents a nice mix of value, convenience and lifestyle. With most homes being older than their north Oakville counterparts, buyers can find reasonable value in this area while also being close to the Bronte Go Train station, Hopedale Mall, and the charm of downtown Bronte.
